Christmas Recital at the Crescent Hill United Methodist Church

Recently I had a wonderful recital with my private students at the Crescent Hill United Methodist Church. Traditionally, I tried to involve relatives and friends of my students to make our Christmas recital more engaging and fun. I had them play different instruments such as bells, guitar, saxophone, violin, and piano. My students invited many friends and relatives to enjoy the performance. The atmosphere was very inspiring and uplifting. Decorations on the stage made it look like Christmas!

CD Release Party

Finally it happened! Past Sunday we had a fabulous CD release party. We had at about 60 people who came to support my music and I feel very grateful for that! My husband and I played a few of my compositions and in the end of the party we showed the documentary "You Are Not Alone!" by Anna Barsukova that I composed music for last year and that the CD is based on. There was a CD signing as well and I even had a person who came and bought a CD for his girlfriend who lives out of state and is one of my fans. Thank you all who came and hope to see you on the next one!

Christmas Concert @ The Frazier History Museum

Hi all, Today I had a blast holding a Christmas Concert at the Frazier History Museum. We had some visitors of the museum stop by and enjoyed our performance. My students and I played some Christmas Chorals along with a selection of classical pieces. The youngest student who participated in the concert was 4 years old. I think it was an amazing start for such a young person! We all felt a Christmas spirit through the music! "Santa Clause is coming to town!"
