My student Calvin Brey received two diplomas last week: one as a winner composer of the Southern Devision by Music Teachers National Association, the other one as a pianist participant of the Honorable Recital. This outstanding student became the only winner at MTNA Composition Competition from Kentucky State and was chosen for the Honors Recital earlier this year. The participants of the Honor Recital were the top 25% students of Kentucky state. Can't be happier with Calvin's results! I wish him to shy like a star among other talented kids!
